USI have been using the service for about four years now and am very satisfied. There are numerous shipping options and going through U.S. Global avoids issues I know other people in my area have with some of the shipping carriers. Having an address in the States while I am out of the country makes life easier and is worth paying for. Customer service is excellent. Last week I felt my final shipping cost was too much higher than the quotes I had seen. They have acknowledged that I was in fact overcharged and will be issuing a refund.
