USJC5167 I shipped my new KTM 1090 to Phoenix area, I was sending it down to get some work done before I arrived, we had a long ride planned. the bike was delivered to Sweet Grass, Feb, 2, 2019, it was to be picked up from 02-05-18-2019, it was picked up in Sweet Grass Feb 16 and headed out. As I watched the tracker, it sat in Billings for nearly 3 weeks. they kept telling me weather, but as I watched the weather there was no issue. the bike arrived in Phoenix March 7 / 19, when called to see if it would be delivered they could not give me an answer. they had called the delivery place but call was missed, never a call back etc. I arrived on the 8th and got the number of the place the bike landed, had to pick it up myself and deliver to mechanic. very poor communication, no sense if delivery schedule. will never use this company again Neil Alberta

USI have shipped a lot of items in the past and I must say that working with Motorcycle Shippers was flawless and simple from order to delivery. They took excellent care of the bike and delivered it early with no damage whatsoever. In addition, the tracking feature was a nice plus allowing me to know where the bike was throughout the process. I would use them again and highly recommend their services. You rock Motorcycle Shippers!!
