USUpdate 7/8/20 This is an update to the review below. Donna has been wonderful to work with and has helped us resolve our situation and we are now happy with the outcome. Horrible. Was scheduled and deposit paid several weeks ago to have a pickup of yesterday or today for a long distance move and nobody called until last night to tell us they did not have a truck available. We now have to scramble today to move everything by ourselves since we have people moving in tomorrow. Terrible communication and couldn’t get a return email or phone call. Worst professional experience we have ever had and although they have confirmed that they will submit the cancellation for a refund, nobody has called or emailed any kind of apology.
