USPowerball is an amazing company, with great consimer service BUT they used the worst delivery company. Basically, if you order 2/3 days tracked delivery, you get GLS delivery. And they are the worst. You cant reach them on the phone; online tracking is delayed; they dont call by the delivery; if you dont have a working bell, they will leave 10 seconds after arrival; contrary to what website assures you they will not leave any cards or any information. Good luck getting your parcel.
