USHonestly, not good. It started out great! We were able to review our parking, received a confirmation email and QC code quickly, and it had all of the correct information. The QC scanned and let us in TWICE, out of the whole 48 hours. We got back to the hotel after our wedding, and had to call the assistance line at the garage to let us in. Myself and my brothers code only worked for the first night, then never again. A little disappointing since this was suppose to make our wedding weekend easier without having to worry about parking! The parking attendant told us that parking.com must not of put us down for the “in and out†parking on their side of things, even though it said it directly on our confirmation.
