just had the device installed. the service was great and polite. i asked the installer if someone can drive after i blow into the device. he said yes. maybe he misunderstood....not till i got home and realise that she had to blow into and not I....it bussed all the way home scared that it may shut down on me. Now as far as the LifeSafer serviced, needs to be addressed. I know it is hard times....every time i called was warned of the 10min wait time. but after 30mins and still saying its 10mins well was wondering about the system not working. . . twice i left return number...been two hours.....maybe get more help remotely just for info..to clients, especially stressed on the hwy..... thank you

Awful company!!! Awful service and even worse technicians!!! Totally lied about the fees to get my interlock in. They charged me the sign up fee as they promised they wouldn’t. They knew I had a Toyota Prius (since you have to give them all your info prior) well, my car alarm has been triggered and now it goes off repeatedly. I took it to a far out location since I needed the interlock that day. They wanted me to go out of my way to get it fixed at the same location. WHY WOULD YOU HAVE MULTIPLE LOCATIONS THEN!? I’m not traveling anywhere that’s inconvenient for me to drive when it was YOUR TECHNICIANS FAULT. Your technicians should be trained to fix the cars the correct way across all your locations. They told me if I wanted to take it to the location conveniently in my city, I’d have to pay $20. Why? You guys sent me to a guy that doesn’t know how to work in Prius’. Who’s fault is that???? I argued (as in screaming for match) with your unprofessional and GHETTO customer service manager. You guys are a disgusting company. I would love to get this uninstalled of my car so I can go to a different company!!!! You have been warned. Don’t use them!!!!

I was all in a fuss and upset about having to go through this process to prove something and the difficulties that came with learning it, along with the prices that came along too from other companies I had talked with. But as soon as I called lifesafer and explained everything, their agent, Cathryn, walked me right through the process and helped settle my nerves Immediately. She also got me the best price I had been quoted from the two other companies. She was one of the best representatives for a company that anybody could ask for! If you an interlock system for whatever reason, call lifesafer, they’ll get you on the right track!

I am so upset with this company!! I had my device removed from my vehicle on 6/26/20 because I was doing a transfer. I traded my car into the dealership and I purchased a new vehicle. I was told I had one week to get it reinstalled to my new vehicle. Which I didn’t have a problem doing. I contacted Lifesafer on Tuesday 6/30 and spoke with Brandy to make an appointment for installation. Per our conversation I was going to be charged for a new installation fee and not a transfer. But according to my conversation with Paige prior to having it disconnected from my old vehicle it was just going to be charged as a transfer per her manager Sandy. So therefore Brandy was going to get clearification and contact me back! (She states I have her word she will call me back ASAP) which she never did. I have called Lifesafer multiple times since 6/30, I left a message on 7/2 and did not get a call back. Also I spoke with several people (Jason7/3, Annette 7/6,Kim7/6, Cynthia 7/7 and Quitntin 7/7,) I was given the run around about scheduling installation. Quintin did help me and scheduled for 7/10. On 7/5 I received an email from the state of Michigan stating that I illegally had the device removed. I got a phone call today 7/10 from Sandy a few hours before I’m suppose to get the device installed. She reschedule my appointment for 7/13 at 1pm. She explained to me that since I did not comply with the 7 day grace period for reinstallment now I need to contact the State of Michigan to see if my license is now revoked. She state if it is revoked then I shouldn’t get the device installed and I should request a hearing. Honestly, I can’t believe this is happening simply because Brandy can not follow thru and properly do her job and after speaking with multiple people at this company not being able to help me!! I am a professional essential worker and I comply with rules and regulations. If I didn’t follow thru with my job lives could be lost. I will be contacting my lawyer today.

(I was contacted and the problem was resolved. Thank you) I had provided the personnel with a copy of the registration but they did not get the plate number into the system and now the invoice and equipment certification say Temp plate, and the installation certificate has the plate number on it. In NJ we have to wait on line for several hours to get into the MVS to be restored and get the restricted license. I just hope the discrepancy doesn’t cause me to be turned away. Other than that it was a good operation.
