USi have recently tried almased and was very unsure at first because i have tried many diet drinks and all left me feeling hungry and not full. however this is working - and leaves me full and satisfied. it seems to stop me wanting sweet or carb foods as usually after eating a meal i am looking for something sweet - this has stopped this. i also use it in the evening when i am looking for something extra like sweets and junk food. will continue and have just ordered more. it is expensive but i used to spend more on junk and sweet foods. feel great on it. lh

USAliased is great easy to fix great to drink curves your appetite I only wish that they would offer coupons on this product it’s great losing weight with it I just can’t afford the price like I said I wish they had offer coupons on this product it is wonderful

USI love the taste of Almased as it is not sweet like most protein shakes are. It also keeps me full for four hours and I really like how it makes my digestive system run better.

USDuring the fast I was so weak (I had trouble walking, my arms and legs were the worst of all). I had to sit most of the time, although I was able to fast 4 days. I started having breakfast and lunch and a shake for dinner for 3 days. I then went for 2 shakes and 2 meals per day. I continued to be very weak, I did not leave my home for three weeks and now I am off the shakes. I could not do anything, including cleaning my home..I prepared the homemade broth as well and sipped that during the day. I really had my hopes up. I know what this weight is doing to me and it seems as if I can do nothing about it....I was hoping for the energy all these people have and I do not know where to turn now... Sincerely, Annie
