USI have been coming to your facility for about 8 years. The wait times to be seen for an appointment is getting better but is far from being where it should be. Waiting in the outer office and then waiting on an inner office is still way to long.

USI would say that the doctor and her assistants were top notch. The front desk staff as well as the facility itself was lackluster. Didn’t really appreciate sitting out in the freezing waiting room in between procedures. Made me feel uncomfortable. Also seemed like other patients who had been there previously were greeted much nicer than me as a new patient. Thankful the doc is good at what she does and is very personable with a great bedside manner.
