USI have mgd and blepharitis. As I have learned over time by trying different things to find out what works the best, I think these wipes have made the most difference in my treatment. Every morning and night I wash my face. Then I apply the heat compress on my eyes. Then I massage my lids with an oil containing tea tree oil and wash off the oil using a foam containing tea tree oil. Then I use the Cliradex wipes. I also stopped wearing eye liner and I take fish oil. This routine has worked great for me. You have to be diligent with blepharitis because it is always there under the surface waiting to pop back up.
