USYou are pretty much left to handle everything on your own . Most phones given to choose from were unavailable so my choice was very limited to either the highest priced ones or cheapest older model. Delivery was slow, and there is no one to talk to for help.

USOrdered two new phones, both out of stock had paid for the expidited shippping. Republic still charged me the shipping when industry standards dictate shipping cost are waived when company at fault for delays. Took 7 days for a tranaction that should have been 2. Updates on my order, only recieved one, dailyupdate are industry standards. When I fist became a customer loved Republic but as time goes on they have been going downhill.

USPurchase was smooth and easy and received via Fed Ex rather quickly. My only comment would be that I was in no rush to receive the adapter so it would have been nice to have a less expensive shipping option when their is no urgency to receive. So far the extend home adapter seems like a great option to have to eliminate the land line. Thanks.

USMonthly fee is great; customer service very good, unfortunately no cell service for most of Vermont. The only way we can make most of our calls is by using WiFi. Searching for another carrier.
