You are pretty much left to handle everything on your own . Most phones given to choose from were unavailable so my choice was very limited to either the highest priced ones or cheapest older model. Delivery was slow, and there is no one to talk to for help.

Service could be a whole lot better. It would also be good to have someone you could actually talk to when there is a problem, instead of just emails. When I ordered my new phone I paid extra for 2day shipping and it took 7days.

So far the service has been good. I had some concern in switching providers about keeping our previous phone number. I received good help from customer service several times, but the last time was the best. We ended up with our previous phone numbers.

Ordered two new phones, both out of stock had paid for the expidited shippping. Republic still charged me the shipping when industry standards dictate shipping cost are waived when company at fault for delays. Took 7 days for a tranaction that should have been 2. Updates on my order, only recieved one, dailyupdate are industry standards. When I fist became a customer loved Republic but as time goes on they have been going downhill.

The extend home product works perfectly although there was some confusion as to how to use the phone number of a user vs the account holder. However,this was promptly clarified by the help desk.

Purchase was smooth and easy and received via Fed Ex rather quickly. My only comment would be that I was in no rush to receive the adapter so it would have been nice to have a less expensive shipping option when their is no urgency to receive. So far the extend home adapter seems like a great option to have to eliminate the land line. Thanks.

Monthly fee is great; customer service very good, unfortunately no cell service for most of Vermont. The only way we can make most of our calls is by using WiFi. Searching for another carrier.
