GBI used JPA haulage services for 2 x 20ft containers, I was told 9am on Wednesday for offload. As it was for a construction project, I needed both. Unfortunately only 1 turned up at 9am, the other was at 2pm. I cant fault the containers or the driver who were more than helpful, but I expected 2 at 9am.

GBI had some timber products for collection from store and delivery to home. I contacted JPA and asked for possibilities, an answer and the price was given and we arranged a time and date. On the agreed day of delivery they phoned me with the time he expected to be at my home. JPA gave a first class service. The driver was on time, Polite and extremely professional. GBI was, to be fair, some what sceptical when apprached by a third party to sell a caravan using JPA Haulage Services as an intermediary. However, they were very helpful and understanding, supplying all of the relevent business information for me to check them out prior to completing the deal. The caravan was collected and the funds paid at an agreed time as promised. All memebers of staff were helpful polite and repectfull to deal with and I would not hesitate to use them again.
